My name is Anna Axotis and I started the Moody Therapist because I wanted a mental health company that cut the fluff out and let people show up raw and moody.
My job is to provide you with the opportunity to think out loud, gain insight, take up space and discover realistic solutions that create the change you are seeking.
My approach is collaborative and judgement free. I take evidenced based approaches rooted in CBT, DBT and solution-focused therapy and embed them into the session organically. The goal is for it to feel like an authentic discussion with a specialist who can support you on enhancing your existing strengths and develop new strategies for whatever era of life you are in.
